How do you sign up for you tube?

How do you sign up for you tube? It just says that "Sorry. Based on the information you have submitted to us, you are not entitled to register for YouTube.com." Could you help me?

lol. I've done that quite a lot. TheSims2.com, Bebo, ModTheSims2, InSim, xD Although I was only 12 probably and only a year off. But now I'm 14 so I can get into most non-adult sites without lying about my age.

In that case, YouTube have probably stored a cookie saying you're under age stopping you from signing in. Cookies are stored on PCs to remember web passwords and such so you don't have to sign in all the time.

Anyway, if you want to delete them, go into Internet Explorer. Click on the Tools tab on the toolbar. Then click "Delete Browsing History". On the pop-up window, look for the Cookies section and click the Delete Cookies button and choose Yes. This will delete all cookies from your desktop username. You will have to sign in with your passwords again on all sites as it will delete remembered passwords.
